Awesome visit to Popeyes tonight. I ordered on the mobile app. Very easy to order. Picked up at the drive thru. Tonight was the best chicken that I have gotten at Popeyes. I think they got a new chef at this location on Parker Rd. Cooked perfectly. I spoke with several employees at the drive thru. Very friendly and the order was well packed. All there too. Thank You Popeyes! Perfect tonight!

Really bad service! I went in with one customer in front of me who was ordering. One of the worker must have known the customer ended up chatting a while before she was done servicing him. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order and they didn’t get my order ready. I went to check on it and they couldn’t even find the order. No explanation and no response whatsoever
