I recently visited Popeyes and purchased a 5-piece tender meal, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only were the tenders incredibly small, but they also tasted far from fresh. Considering the price I paid, over $8, I expected better quality. When I inquired about the size of the tenders, the response I received from the staff was dismissive, with the manager simply shrugging and saying, 'Welcome to Popeyes.' This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I urge Popeyes to address these issues and prioritize the quality of their food and customer service.

When I went in the cashier was sitting in a chair. I'm guessing she was hurting. She act like she had an attitude because I came in. She asked the Drive thru cashier to give me a sweet tea and she just threw it on the counter. Customer service isn't the way it used to be. SMH
