This Popeyes was terrible. The customer service sucks and the workers definitely don't take their jobs seriously. One worker was on the desktop computer playing games while a line of us was waiting.
I ordered a 3 piece tender drive thru, and when I got home. This is what it looks like. No crisp no batter or breaded. Very disappointed.

I love the location but the problem is the people works there . They have never have anything like I went 11:30 they told me come back later and i was like I just want some bisque. They have such bad attitude too.
While making a stop after my appointment, an incident occurred at the cashier's counter. They accidentally charged my card for someone else's order and then cashed out the order without receiving payment, requiring assistance from the on-duty supervisor. The supervisor appeared visibly frustrated with the cashier, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Despite understanding that people make mistakes, I was taken aback by the supervisor's excessive huffing, puffing, and eye-rolling. As a customer, one would expect to be upset, but the supervisor seemed even more agitated. I didn't receive an apology or any form of compensation, which was disappointing. The food itself was alright, but I was let down to discover that the lemonades I ordered were only available chilled instead of frozen, and the strawberry biscuits turned out to be old and burnt.
