Never have any wings or legs. Takes forever to get your food.
Never once have I seen this location open even close to “on time”. Rude staff clearly shows they don’t care about the business…even when they do decide to show up to work .
a) you had to line up three times. Once to order, once to pay and then again to get your food. Terrible logistics B) when paying you have to re-tell them what you ordered which is wild - why did I have to get in the first line to order if I’m just going to have to tell the cashier again what I ordered? C) the cashier is behind a large plastic shield and the cashiers are wearing masks. There were no microphones so I couldn’t hear what they were saying and they couldn’t hear me Overall this was a painful experience even for an airport restaurant. F-
This pop eyes is the best in Atlanta! We drived 45 mins to here just because this pop eyes!

The staff acted like I was bothering them by even ordered. also, they did not give me a napkin or even offer me one. it's a full coat. The food court lived long enough and sitting around.
The customer service here is so nasty and rude! I honestly will never come here again. The women working front counter need to be talked to about how customer service should be. I’m a flight attendant I know how busy this airport can be, as well as frustrating. However it gives these ladies no right to be rude or talk aggressively to paying customers who are already overpaying for simple food. 0-10 I’m truly disappointed in the staff as a whole.
Either you get bad service and good food or the other way around. Both sucked.
