Spent my entire 30 minute break waiting in the drive through. They only had to serve a couple cars in front of me. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.

They never answer the phone that is so unprofessional

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE*** Crew members and management at this location are disrespectful, they lack professionalism, and have no discipline at the work place. I ordered thru the drive thru and when I got home I realized I had the wrong order. I had no ill or angry emotions on my way back to Popeyes to get the correct order simply because, I was hungry. And side note (CONTEXT): I work from home. I don’t get out much so it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience for me to go back and get my order. BUT it was Immediately when I walked in that I was verbally attacked by a crew member. As I defended myself management stepped in to not assist me but to defend this crew member who was completely out of line! There was also a line full of people they needed to assist but they preferred to make matters worse by putting on a verbal argument with me instead of assisting me with the issue at hand. I was called out of my name multiple times, they talked about my mother, they even threatened me and asked me to come outside. The manager refused to give me a refund or to give me my money back. It was only due to the lady who helped me in the drive thru initially that I left with EXTRA food. I believe she felt bad for me because I was not in the wrong! She gave me my order PLUS SOME. I felt unsafe as I argued with 3 MEN in this restaurant. I no longer wanted the food because it’s no way a company or franchise with these type of people will get my hard earned money. I have reached out to corporate and I hope this location and employees get investigated asap. I am saddened and disappointed by how I was treated last night. But I do know God will take care of the rest. They should have never treated me the way they did at this store.

Well where do I start? If you like raw uncooked chicken this is the place for you! I ordered a 3 piece tenders and two of my tenders were raw! If you like going to an establishment where they are consistent with getting the incorrect food order, then this place is also for you… I will never ever in my life visit this location!!! This is not the first time my family and friends have experienced such poor service and food from this location,, the management Russ Sumrall obviously does not care to correct the staff with the consistency of poor behavior and a untrained staff,,,,Chick-fil-A would never!!!

Whoever is processing the uber eats orders are not fulfilling the correctly. There is always a missing item.
