If you’re in a hurry, don’t come here. The food is always tasty but 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru is just unacceptable. If you’re on a time crunch and need a quick bite, the place down the street with the big “M” who actually has to time themselves may be a better option.
Yeppa yeppa ladies and gents. I work in this area so a lot of these spots are the go to at lunch. There has been a staff change at this location. New leaders I'm guessing, but the service has gone way down hill since this man has taken over the crew. I don't know his name but his coordination is low and his team is slower. You can wait your whole lunch time in the drive through before you can order anything. So maybe it's better to go when you're not in a rush. Popeyes should of left the women in charge as they can multitask better than the guy running the window can.
Do not come here on a Sunday. I just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru. If you see even 1 car, find another place to eat....

Waited in drive thru for almost 30 mins for my mobile order. Forgot my sauces and recieved 2 of the saddest "Tenders" I've ever seen. Maybe got 10 fries. This location has gone downhill over the past few months.
There's no such thing as good customer service anymore and he's 12 year olds prove that. Make sure to stick your fingers entirely in my cup while you're handling cash. That seems quite sanitary. Also if I order mashed potatoes in the Drive-Thru maybe include a spoon and a napkin. Now remember to be home at 8:00 cuz that's your curfew. It's sad that these huge corporations let children run it into the ground
How many things can you get wrong on a single order of Two items and a Drink? These people broke a record. Ordered chicken sandwich meal and got fish. Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and got 2 regular tenders, 1 bitesize tender and two other pieces of leftover chicken wing and drum. No napkins. No spoon for a mashed potato that came with the supposed “chicken” sandwich. No receipt. After getting home we called and they said they could resolve the issue only if we drove back on this cold night and showed them the receipt that they did not include. On top of that, they may have overcharged me but I cant confirm this without a receipt. Ohh and make sure you dont use the drive through if your in a large vehicle since they have the narrowest sharp turn Drive-thru I’ve ever seen. It seems many have scraped their fender and I imagine many others have damaged their rims in such a tight spot.
