Nice, highly themed experience. Sandwiches were great and service was good.
I would have provided a higher rating but the bathrooms are not clean. Its expensive. But the kids loved yhe cotton candy shake. The coffee was reaaly good. Kid-friendliness: Cute the kids loved the pool theme.
The place was a little underwhelming and the inside seemed run down. Not sure if it’s old but some cleanliness and maintenance could help.
The novelty aspect was great and they really committed to the theme so visually and atmospherically it was fun. However it was the worst service I have ever had. We were there for a little before 12 when the cafe was supposed to open and no one arrived until 1215 to open up, even a delivery driver was waiting at the door. That in and of itself wasn’t a huge issue but in addition to that we waited over an hour for water, it didn’t arrive until after our food had come out. We were a party of 7 and ordered water for everyone, about 25 minutes after we got our food (which we waited over an hour for milkshakes/ice cream) they brought 3 cups of water and said they’d be back with more and never brought more water. I did remind them a few times as well as the cafe was really hot and we had 5 kids who were very thirsty and uncomfortable. They brought us our order in a few different instalments - 10-15 minutes apart - but one of my kids was waiting over 20 minutes for her milkshake after everyone had gotten their stuff so I felt the time management was just non existent. They also only had one physical menu and took a long time to get to us to take our order and other patrons were bothering us for the menu which was frustrating for everyone. Overall just terrible unfriendly service. As cute as the concept and atmosphere was it wasn’t even close to worth the price for that level of service.
The seats are literally toilets I would recommend this place if your going to a ice cream typed place. Parking: I do not know
