Pono Hawaiian Grill Downtown Santa Cruz

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Felt like we received good portions for the price and they are very dog friendly both indoor and outdoor.

第一次來到這邊吃~ 點了： 1.Pono BBQ Combo： 雞肉蠻好吃的！ 烤肉也不錯~但是醬料的味道稍重了點~ 如果改成用沾的就剛好喔！ 2.Pono Seafood Combo - Pono Seafood Combo： 一次可以吃到烤肉和炸海鮮還不錯~ 以上兩樣都可以吃得蠻飽的喔！ 吃完旁邊有自助回收的地方喔！ 店員也會時不時的關心食物如何~ 這邊比較特別的地方有酒吧！跟戶外場地~ 晚上來這邊吃飯跟喝個酒應該蠻不錯的喔！ PS:喜歡我的評論可以追蹤喔~ 將現場看到食物的樣子及色調拍攝下來呈現給大家，會到各地去發掘美食及特色地點喔！！ 祝大家心想事成喔！

Very good food

First time here after recommendation for my kid. Food was great and fresh! I got the Kalua pork which was nice and tender! Definitely will go again. No pictures as food was to good and didn't last.

Went to lunch here today and it was delicious! We got the teriyaki beef, chicken wings and poke. The menu seems very authentic with all the different spam dishes, and macaroni salad. Everything was very tasty! Service was quick and friendly! The place was much larger than I expected coming in I thought it would be small it was pretty large with an outside patio.

Love gathering with friends at Pono Grill – our go-to spot for celebrating special moments! Santa Cruz truly spoils us with its Amazing food, and vibrant atmosphere and live music every week. Can't wait for our next visit! #PonoGrill #SantaCruzLife

Parking: paid street parking. I believe they have a small parking lot in the rear. Seating: When I came, they let you sit anywhere available. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating does have heaters around. Bar seating is also here. Food: I ordered the chicken katsu and it came with rice and another side. It was good, especially with their pineapple BB sauce. I also tried the coconut shrimp which was really crispy and good. Service: you might have to wait for seating, but everyone I interacted with is friendly and helpful. The people at the takeout, the bartenders, and the servers. They have TVs all around the place showing premier sports like March Madness games. Drinks: They are really great for the price. You will have a great time Parking: Back of restaurant building and very small. Better off looking at paid street parking

So ono! Had takeout and the portions were generous and poke was super fresh like always…stoked!!!
