PONKO Chicken Decatur

I love this food alot. A coworker recommended this place and I'm happy she did but everytime I come here the staff is so rude and nonchalant. I just dismissed this because like the food and like to treat myself every weekend when I work. However, the the manager Edwin was so unpolite and wasted 30 minutes of my time and dinner break. I ordered at 6:36p and was told 8 minute wait. I come back inside at 6:47p and no food so I asked do I still need to wait and he stated "it's not ready so yeah". Okay. I get my food a minute later only to see it's different than I previously...with a side of fries. I was told if I want a side I need to ask for one. After the female worker look up at the menu to tell me what comes with the order. The tacos thrown in the box and I mess so, I just asked for a refund at 6:51p.

Their online ordering system does not work. I ordered online, paid, and when I showed up, there was no record of my order even though I had a receipt.

Fear not vegetarians! Even though chicken is right there in the name, the tofu tenders were so good, if easily plan a return trip just to have them again.

I go to pick up some food yesterday the lady in front ask me for the name I show her my phone with the name she kept asking for the name because I'm sick so I don't want to talk at the moment so she get so upset with me because I didn't tell her the I'm picking up

Pretty good food, better than CFA and the staff was very friendly and helpful Parking: A lot of parking everywhere. Also, if you’re dining with them, they have free parking

Located in the heart of downtown decatur the staff is always friendly and efficient taking our orders and getting them out. We love the tacos, rice, tenders and fries. Never leave without a Ponko Palmer and spike it at the bar for extra fun. Love the stage set up perfect for an open mic night.

I grabbed a quick OG 3 Pc lunch at Ponko. The chicken and rice tasted fresh and tasty. The place wasn't busy but is huge. Lots of space and a full bar. Staff was fast and efficient. The food arrived quickly.

Got home with take out and they just didn’t give us several sides that we ordered and we were too far to go back. Just straight up didn’t give us what we paid for.
