Ponko Chicken Alpharetta

The food is really delicious, but this is the second time in a row that I ordered lunch for my team from ponko through a meal delivery service, and items were not included and some that arrive were incorrect. Very disappointing when you’re in meetings all day to have lunch arrive for everyone except one person two times in a row. Please put control measures to ensure you’re including every meal and every part of the meal (including dressings, desserts, etc).

A beautiful atmosphere with lots of sitting space. Nice and kind stuff. Foods were delicious. Liked the fries much Parking: There is free parking lots. However, in busy hours, it may be difficult to find empty spots

I like their tofu tenders a lot, have made it a plate, had them as yummy tacos or just like that. The sweet (potato) fries are amazing, too. But the star of the show is their cilantro walnut sauce that I love drenching the side salad with. I have always had quick service and quality food. Vegetarian options: Tofu tenders are yumm.

Unfortunately things have changed recently and I won’t be going back. Portions are embarrassing small and way over priced for what you get. Not cool. Trying to scam your customers who once got a good thing and now not getting much in return.

Order took 20 minutes for a to go order. There was no one in the restaurant so it shouldn’t have taken long, but they seemed to completely forget the order. Disappointing.

Great place for lunch, especially Taco Tuesdays! Great food, fast service, and easy to park. The chicken is always cooked well and they offer a great variety of sides and different sauces for the chicken. Definitely a great place to stop for lunch or dinner!

We have only gotten takeout but it seems like a cool atmosphere. We are obsessed with the pink chicken strips. You will LOVE them!
