Pom & Olive

Finally got a chance to try this place, heard of it for many years. Prices are fair, service is good. Place was quite empty on a Monday night. We had combo plate, cauliflower plate and a beef shawarma plate. They gave us pita fries on the house that was very good. I think overall was good except the shawarmas, the chicken and beef wasn't great, kinda hard and char'd.

This place was excellent!! Everything was absolutely delicious. My gf & I split a beverage, appetizer, and dessert. With 2 entrees it came to under $50 which was a great price for the size of the portions. The pom limeade was so refreshing. The samosas with pomegranate dip were cooked to perfection. Entrees were both made with care. Definitely worth the stop.

the lady who took my order over the phone was really rude… also there was a $10 differential on doordash vs the actual restaurant and doordash was the one that was cheaper. she insisted repeatedly that i show her the discrepancy on the app - it felt very accusatory - and i politely declined because honestly, i wasn’t looking for my money back, i just wanted to let her know for future visits (she had already charged me). she made a huge deal about it and continued to berate me.. i finally showed her and once she realized i was right, she gave me back $10 cash begrudgingly… after all that, the salad i ordered was terrible (soggy and drowning in water, lettuce was all wilted)..topped with shawarma that tasted a couple days old. it ended up giving me severe food poisoning and i’ve spent 2 days throwing up. this place is a big no from me. there’s 1000 other mediterranean places on the area.. i’d take a chance on those.

A 5. Metal flatware, space for seating and reasonable prices that make you to come back. I liked it!
