Polonza Bistro

Love this place!!!!

Polonza Bistro has been my go to coffee shop for years. The owner Jamie and her waitstaff are like family and everyone is kind and caring. The food is always fresh, made from scratch and coffee is the best in town. The chefs really take pride in producing quality food and we love our weekly office meetings at Polonza. It’s the perfect breakfast and lunch spot for families, work appts and afternoon drinks. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options

Breakfast here before Pensacon Sunday morning. Never been here before. Ordered the county fried steak and a latte. County Fried Steak was okay. Batter fell off the meat. Needed salt and pepper for more flavor. The sides were good, eggs, "sunny side up" was spot on. Biscuit was very flakey. Great atmosphere and location. The service was friendly. I'm sure that I'll try it again but maybe something other than the CFS.

Biscuits and gravy were just ok. The biscuits were a little firm and the gravy was not hot, or even warm but it was tasty. Potatoes-great, bacon-great. Excellent service.

Parking: Lots of free spaces on Wright Street every day, including Sundays.

Food may have sat a bit before being served...waffles were slightly cold and lettuce was limp.

First time there. Not locals, but we wish we had a Polonza near us. Prices were a little high, but everything is high now.

Stopped in Saturday right before noon. Place was busy due to Mardi Gras parade. Husband and I sat at the bar, had a beer and ordered early lunch. My chicken salad on croissant was delicious. My husband had the club and said it was excellent. Those 2 ladies behind the bar were hustling too!! Great place, we will be back!
