Polo Grill

I was there for a business meeting in one of their meeting rooms. So the menu was set for us. It gave us a choice of three meat options I chose this 7 oz tenderloin. And it said that I didn't have an option of how I wanted to cook. It was The Chef's Choice and my steak came out as rare as it could be. It was also very tough for a tenderloin. The service was really slow even some of our participants at the meeting had to get up and get their own wine. This is the second time we've been there for a meeting in both times was horrible.

We got food poisoning. My father threw up for the first time in 27 years.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill in quality since the pandemic. I ordered lobster bisque and the French chicken, (normally delicious) sadly the bisque was cold, i asked to have it heated - it was brought back at the same temperature. The chicken was overcooked, making it dry, it didn't have any goat cheese stuffing, and the potatoes were lumpy and not seasoned correctly. I decided against dessert.

We are visiting from Denver, Co. My wife and i loved the food, the staff was awesome. Everything was awesome! Thanks for a memorable experience.

Every time we go to Polo Grill, it's always a very enjoyable experience! Me and my wife went for Valentines Day this year (2024) and initially had some confusion on where we would be seated. The hostess quickly set us up with a table for 2 in the main dining area (it's a little more romantic), and the problem was solved. Regarding our food, we started with the lime bacon wrapped shrimp and lobster bisque. Then, for the main course we had the petite filet with crab Oscar style to top and the lamb with War eagle grits. To finish the night off we had the creme brule and the caramel cake. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say. The staff and food were excellent!!!

on a whim we rolled in very casually dressed. asked to be seated @ bar, no problem. then ordered some supper. service was a 5. attitude us eating @ bar, a 5...most fun I've had there...the food? yeah right...find something that's not a 5.
