Yesterday my husband placed a pick up order of one Bandeja Paisa. Brought it home to eat and in the middle of eating he found one piece of hair. He calmly called to speak to manager, the manager was not around and we waited to get a call back from her/him, as we also send proof of pictures to back up our complain. The call back was not from the manager and although the lady apologized on their behalf at the end instead of laying go out different solutions to satisfied the customer they instead asked “what do you want us to do about it?” . We said forget about it l because that’s just unprofessional of them. It is not our job to let them know how to handle the situation, as in telling them we like a refund or make up for the dish. We enjoy eating here, they always serve us well but actions should’ve also been taken even if it is taken as a delivery. It is not like us to “make up” this kind of situation just for the fun of it.

I love it! The service was good, the food was delicious even the simple salad was very refreshing, and the lemonade tambien muy deliciosa.

Pedir a domicilio o ir en persona es igual de complicado, no hay los productos que ofrecen y la actitud de la persona que atiende en caja es pésima tanto por teléfono como estando ahí, que mal carácter, deja muy mal la imagen del buen servicio que se brinda en Colombia
