Just save yourself the hassle and go to another location. This is by far the most poorly managed Pollo Tropical I've ever been to. Extremely long wait times, non-existent customer service, and the food quality is consistently subpar.

Place always suck! People don’t want to work and they carelessly make your food and there’s always new people because apparently nobody lasts. I wouldn’t eat here again.

One negative thing I would have to say about Pollo Tropical is how can this restaurant doesn't have black beans? Seriously?????? I've been to a few P.T and none of them have black beans which is a main ingredient to their dishes specially tropichop, among others. Besides this negative aspect I en joyed the chicken wrap and yuca fries, at least they have them. Hopefully they solved this problem soon. Have a Blessed Day.

UPDATE 3/16/24: This location continues to be a horrible operation in an otherwise great food chain. As a side note as a Cuban I find it an embarrassment and would advise corporate to revoke this locations franchise. Nothing from previous reviews has changed. The latest and final disappointment is I have ordered MULTIPLE times on the app to avoid eating there and every time I go pickup my order it’s not even been started. Mind you there might only be 2 or 3 customers there. What’s the hold up?? Then you arrive and no one even makes eye contact with you .. let alone “May I help you?” It’s a disgrace! UPDATE 11/8/23: This place is still the WORST Pollo Tropical. Placed an online order supposed to be ready for 6:30pm, got there at 6:45pm thinking they might be busy. Got there and order not ready. Ask three different staff members and they looked at me like a dear in headlights and keep doing anything else busy prepare my order. Told them multiple times what I ordered, showed them the receipt and at the end still got it wrong. Ran out of white rice and gave me yellow…. At 7pm mind you .. prime time dinner time. How can you run out of anything. TOTALLY MISMANAGED STORE. Owner should fire everyone and start over ! Please! Avoid this place. Clumsy service, long waits inside or at drive though. It’s not brain surgery ... it’s just chicken. They’ve been open for a few months now, they should know how much food to have ready for the dinner time crowd. If I were the owner I would pay more attention to getting this running like a fine oiled machine. Boston Market is just 4 mins away and they have pretty good chicken too.
