I was charged an extra $2 for white meat which I did not ask for, I asked the cashier why was I charged, she had no explanation only thing she did was open the register and gave me back my $2 .

"The Coconut Shrimp" meal wasn't hot enough & the shrimps were very hard, like maybe swarmed up too many times & got dried out? The only time I have experience a hard is when it is Frozen. Do a better job on all your meat meals. Sorry for the bluntness.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY NEVER HAVE NOTHING! WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING OPEN? DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!
If I could give no stars I would. I haven’t eaten at Pollo is years and this reminds me why. That was the last time. Disgusting.
The worst Pollo Tropical employees! I ordered online & arrived 10mins later than the estimated time when my order should've been ready. The drive-thru had one vehicle in line & one customer inside. I stood @ the counter for 3 minutes before one out of the 6 or more employees behind the counter finally made eye contact with me. My order was not ready or even in the process of being made. I haven't even tried my food yet; I wanted to write this review as soon as I was finally able to leave...which was 20mins after I first arrived! This was my first time at this location & now I understand why the parking lot was empty. I will definitely never go back to this location again. I only gave one star for the service which is meant for the young man that finally acknowledged me standing at the counter.
What is wrong with these food establishment. How do you think its acceptable to service burn bottom of the rice pot to someone . I didn't get this free. I paid for it. Damn shame. You guys need to do better.
