The cashier didn't understand what I was ordering had to repeat myself five times before he put the order in and he still didn't get it right. Hope they hire people who understand me when I'm ordering.
Food was pretty good but when you’re charging someone $15 dollars for the steak meal I mean come on give enough steak not some small little portion . This is why you get a 1 star
They forgot to add rice to my bowl when I got home and opened the bag just beans and chicken were in the bowl.
Slowest Fast food ever!!! Customer service is 0... Thank God this is not their only location due to might be out of business forever. People must understand that customers are the ones bringing business to them...
Worst Pollo location, avoid. They are slow to take orders, slow to fulfill, and then the food is not up to the usual standard. They ignored making my food so long I had to get a refund and go back to work hungry.
I gave this place another try and ordered a large container of rice and beans... The beans were seriously mostly water and tasteless.. This place needs a serious reset with new management.. Surely, not worth the $12.00 I paid. ______________________ I went to this location, arrived 2 hours before closing, and was told they aren't making tropichops? What? No reason as to why other than that is what the manager stated. Service was extremely slow and the place looked dirty. Who is managing this location? The worst! Now they don't carry boiled Yucca and brown rice! Bye for good!
