Please get rid of this nasty mash potatoes and gravy, . Besides that everything else is great. Update 2023 price high jacked. Update March 2024 the quality and quantity of this location has gone down dramatically but their prices are very steep. This place went from being very busy on any day of the week to looking like a deserted town even on weekends. I don't even want to post new pictures because it's sad .

We enjoy eating here but it would be nice to be told there's a 20 minute wait before paying for the food...especially ordering through the drive through.

Chicken wrap used to be so good. Paid $7 for a tortilla and a tbsp of dried out chicken ‍♀️

The staff is awesome

Pollo Tropical's customer service and food are consistently excellent, however, when I requested fresh rotisserie chicken and was willing to wait, the management was very argumentative with me as a customer, which left me confused.

Literally the most incompetent staff I've ever seen. It took 30 minutes to get our food. They did not have a traditional drive-through system to getting your food. We were told to go around front, but not that it wouldn't be brought out. They gave us the drinks and appetizer we ordered at the window, then my husband had to go in to get the rest, which they forgot had been ordered 10 minutes before, and took a LONG time to slowly add each item to the bag and finally hand it out. This place needs a decent manager to make certain employees actually do work, and all of them to understand the system, each role, and how to communicate with their team members. SO many items on the menu were either no longer offered or had ingredients they'd run out of. I've never experienced anything like this at another Pollo Tropical, or any other fast food restaurant for that matter. It was literally one big shortcoming after the other. Simply outlining the issues so that you guys know what to work on. Manager, I think you are likely the main problem. Do not take this out on your employees. I wish you guys the best in rectifying these issues.

This place isn't very clean.... and the tropichops aren't as good as they used to be Vegetarian options: Veggie Tropichop, house salad, fries, sweet plantains

Delicious latinoamerican food. Good service and the prices are pretty good
