Very bad service My son was buying some Ben’s and rice and they charged him for a total different meal and it was a very high amount, then he entered the restaurant and asked for the refund and they was arguing with him so they went to my home to talk to me and the I had to go to the restaurant to finally get the refund after explaining the same thing my son was explaining at first so please be careful and check every receipt twice and look for charges of items of food you didn’t ordered

Portions seems to shrink, always have to check on my food, most of the time stuff are not packed so I have to ask to give them to me. I order food from there because is cheap and close to me

Second time ordering from this store, first of all, I don’t understand why it’s always so difficult for the workers in this store to served what people order, NEVER I get what I order, rice always undercooked, paid for a bowl with fried chicken NO BEANS and received a bowl with grill chicken and LOTS OF BEANS… a dinner directly to the garbage

As always, the food is very delicious. This location is always very clean, customer service is great.

Great food and good service

Every single time that we order from this Pollo tropical is the same issue. There’s nothing wrong with the delivery service is the fact that they don’t pay attention to the orders whatsoever. You ask for crispy chicken they give you grilled chicken, you ask for brown rice they give you white rice. It’s as simple as reading the order and making it, i work customer service for over 10 years, Ive worked at several fast food restaurants such as Papa John’s & Publix Deli… just read the instructions!! We pay money for these items, hard worked money, there’s a thousand employees in the restaurant do your job correctly, it only took 10 times of messed up orders for be to be over it and make a review.

Le doy una sola estrella porque no puedo dar otra peor calificación. El trato fue horrible por parte de una señora mayor que había allí llegue a las 9 y media de la noche y ya ella estaba lanzando un balde de agua en el suelo. Al parecer estaba incómoda porque llegamos y aún faltaban par de horas para que cerraran. Cuando fui a pagar en cash no me aceptaron el cash y me obligaron a pagar en tarjeta. Honestamente estoy súper disgustado con el mal servicio de este lugar por parte de los costumer. Con respecto a la comida los frijoles estaban bastante falta de sabor y bien aguados
