It is absolutely pointless to have the Pollo app if you have to wait in line as if you had placed your order in the store. Moreover, it's disappointing to know that if you place your order through the app, you cannot receive a refund. The customer service that handles app orders never responds to emails or voicemails, which is highly unprofessional. Fortunately, I was able to get reimbursed by my credit card company after filing a complaint. I have tried several Pollo locations in my area, including the ones on S Cleveland, Dani Drive, in Cape, and GCTC, and none of them deserve more than three stars. Even though I used to enjoy Pollo and came to know them when I attended college in Miami, the ones here are not up to par.
