Basically a great place, and even better food. A must try.

The chicken was very dry. There was no flavor to the rice and black beans. The brown rice was half cooked.

I strongly advise reviewing the other negative feedback regarding this Pollo establishment, as they accurately reflect our own experience. Unfortunately, the staff, including the manager, demonstrated unprofessionalism and rudeness during our recent visit. Despite simply attempting to place an order for dinner, my friend and I were subjected to continuous disrespectful and condescending treatment during the checkout process. They took my friend’s card and began tapping it on the counter saying your card is not working, despite them seeming to have technical issues with their card reader. Furthermore, rather than addressing the technical issue with their system/register, the manager placed unwarranted blame on my friend. Additionally, our order was incomplete as they had forgotten an item we ordered and gave us a difficult time when we turned back to ask for it. Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the oversight, and my friend's presence was barely acknowledged. I highly recommend going to any other location or restaurant.

40 dollars for two half chicken meals with rice/beans, and an extra side when the food wasn't even that great? Highway robbery. Took forever to get our food, first of all, and then when we did get it, we didn't get parts of our order correctly. The service didn't seem to care. They were rude/snippy.

I come here regularly I like the people that work here, they are very nice usually and the food is normally always good one thing that does upset me is they never have chopped onions and I will place an order for dessert and they won’t put it in the bag and I won’t notice till I’m home and I waste $ ); Updating this I’m so sick of buying from this pollo they always charge me and they don’t give me the item. So tired of them taking my money I’ll drive to any other pollo from now on this is just aggravating

I ordered a dish that on the menu cost 8.69 and the final price was 12.39, plus I ordered the same dish with added protein and everything came as a double as in the photo below. When I went to question an account that was charged almost 20 dollars more, they took away my Coca Cola when I returned. sad tropical pole

Clean location as always. Service is standard and wait times aren't bad when it's a little busy.
