i came to this location 11pm i was so hungry and wanted large chicken tripichop all the way first of all they didn’t have chicken how is pollo with no pollo then the cashier at they window had the worst attitude i repeatedly ask for chicken and she said we only have pork i love pollo tropical but very disappointed

Please except criticism.Let's make the company better night crew everything I asked for I did not receive napkins, straws condiments what really disappointed me only a couple slices of a steak! for a large churrasco bowl! Please take the job more seriously god bless
