Great food, great service, delicious food!
Service is not great (to be kind). I had an online/app order that should have been ready at arrival. When I got there, no one even acknowledged me. After filling several orders from customers who just arrived and ordered, I finally had to stop them to get them to acknowledge my app order. Then they said that I had to call customer service because it did not go through in their system or that I could order in store. After waiting almost half an hour between waiting in store and calling, I finally caved in and just ordered in store and canceled my app order. When I finally got the food (reg tropichop), it was stale and somewhat cold, as if it had been sitting for hours, even though I just got it. The cuatro leche was good, however. My normal experience with Pollo is usually pleasant, so I'm guessing it's just this location
Quality of chicken has declined in last few years
Recently I bought one of those tropichops large, I ordered white rice, CHICKEN, black beans, and all the way, as soon as I got home I prepared to eat, and surprise!! there was THREE PIECES OF CHICKEN, I thought the rest must be mixed with the toppings but nothing, unbelievable how these people work, that's way its name, pollo tropical, it has to have CHICKEN, but in this case there wasn't any, miserable company.
