We bought different type of food the ropa vieja wasn’t good at all the seasoning ain’t Spanish at all let’s say that because it ain’t. We will never eat at pollo tropical again that’s how bad our experience was with the taste of food.

Really enjoyed my meal and great customer service. Vegetarian options: Their menu does offer vegetarian options.

The location on Gulf-to-Bay Clearwater is the one I'm referring to here ...... anyone speak English???....used the app 3 times trying to order from this store and it's never ready on time, worse, in two of the three, they hadn't even checked where those orders come in at. Poor customer service!!!
