Service was okay, several staff asked about my order even though I mentioned I was looking at the menu. After ordering, they forgot my drinks and I should have double checked at that point because they forgot the family sized Yuca fries. Also forgot to mention they forgot avocado on the one vegetarian bowl that had it requested.... Crispy chicken had decent taste, unfortunately parts of it were completely dried out. Probably not coming back to this location or not at a time in the evening. At 7:30pm the grills were off and all chicken was cooked, so if you get a meal at 8pm or later...don't expect it fresh.
It’s a Pollo Tropical. They’re not big on atmosphere. The chicken is delicious with plenty to eat. The trash is overflowing and there’s lots of dirty tables. But if you can look past it you’ll love the food.
Bought a TropiChop Bowl. It contained tough old dry chicken lumps, dry smashed beans, hard pieces of brown rice, tasteless dry tomato and corn pieces. Totally uneatable - threw it away. The also forgot to include the dressings but it wouldn't have made a difference. UGH DISGUSTING!
A big staple of Spanish cooking is the rice. The last few times I’ve been here, your rice is undercooked and hard. Very disappointing.
Kid-friendliness: Very respectful and clean environment
