Chicken was very dry, service was abrupt, and we practically had to beg for enough sauce.

Ordered Cuban sandwich and churrasco tropichop. The Cuban sandwich had the potential of being good but all the ingredients together ended up delivering a salty sandwich with no other flavor but excessive salt. The churrasco tropichop was very salty as well, very little amount of food for the price. Anyway, we didn’t eat it because it was unappetizing.

Do not eat at this Pollo tropical as I’m getting my food. A roach comes crawling off the plate and the employer did not try to kill it. All she did was get her finger and push it away like it was nothing

Terrible experience. I am disappointed at how we were spoken to. We used drive thru and, while we needed time to make our decision, we were hurried. Although there were no other customers in line nor was the inside busy at all. When we get to the window. The teller was rude with her tone and actions. We pulled to a spot to wait for the food, which came out within the minute and they forgot our apple juice. I pulled back around and asked for the juice but the teller acted hard of hearing. This place gets a highly negative review from me. All customers at all times should be treated with respect and patience

They try to get orders correct but they never do. Major tip! Check order or you will be throwing out your food.
