I’m really sorry to say this but it was TERRIBLE Chicken was undercooked, rice tasted like literal soap. And when I say soap, I mean ajax orange soap. The yuca was ok, but the sauces were not it. The dish they try presenting as Peruvian is not Peruvian food at all, the name is very misleading. I Spent money on nothing. I couldn’t eat it let alone enjoy it because it wasn’t that it was bland, it was awful tasting. Please go on youtube or tiktok to get some tutorials to improve your kitchen skills. You shouldn’t be serving food if you don’t have experience. Your business is going to fail at this point….
