This is a lovely local coffee and spices shop! We got house blend coffee - it is very good! We also bought some Italian spices, vanilla beans for baking, Italian chocolate, and candied citrons from Italy - yum!
Got some bulk spices and tea- amazing to have a place to get proper bulk spices! I needed some Italian fennel and a quarter pound of earl gray. Great conversation with the person working the counter!
Amazing coffee at unbeatable prices
Great coffee and amazing service! Awesome shop with lots of unusual coffee and teas.
Cool shop. Coffee was so-so.
Best coffee beans in Boston! I love this place. It’s very old, historic, and beautiful. Aside from coffee they sell other gems as well. But the coffee is the best. What got me is how reasonable the prices are. I’ve been multiple times and sometimes my coffee beans are less expensive then at a grocery store. Which is awesome, especially for the North End of Boston. I even picked up a cup of house blend while I was there. Perfect for sipping while roaming the streets of the North End, and Boston.
Been coming here since my father took me as a child. Great general store and fabulous service. I came in for some Bacci to give as gifts for Xmas on my most recent trip.
Absolutely the best variety of coffee beans in Boston. The service is excellent! The playlist is flawless. In terms of people and music, definitely our genre!
Heard so much about Polcari's being THE PLACE for coffee beans. Finally went for the first time, was given the worst coffee beans I've ever had. Burnt to a crisp. Made the absolute worst coffee I've ever made. Looked online to see how you can tell if your beans are burnt, and every description is of the almost black, oily beans that Polcari's sold me. Total disaster.
