Worst experience!!! Went on yesterday evening. Get ordered right away by the tall guy. He is so nice to us. Then when we get to choose the sauce. We asked for 2 sauce on the side so we can eat the bowl later. Its totally fine until his coworker (the Hispanic guy) told him he has to charged us 0.75cent for a sauce even the nice guy told him we not get any extra sauce and they just want the sauce ots. Then he give us attitude. Until we got till the cashier. We want to buy one more xtra sauce and my friend told the nice one that we will pay for it. But the Hispanic guy still keep his attitude on us and said: “Please keep in mind next time you cant do that and have to paid for every single one”… Is that ridiculous???? We ordered Pokeworks so many times through the app but never get charged for other sauces unless we get more than 2 sauces.

I was just at this location the place is super clean, Carrie and Alisa who assisted on my order did so amazing getting my order on point. I 100% recommend and will be back!

My fiancé and I love coming to this Pokeworks location! The staff, especially Isaac and Carrie, are so kind and accommodating with our orders. This will always be a go to location for us!

Ordered through Uber Eats delivery. Opted for a large 3 protein poke bowl. Received 5 diced pieces of ahi tuna . Total protein serving, about less than a pot spoon, is adequate for a regular bowl. Apparently “large”refers to rice portion.

I loved coming here, Isaac, Carry(?), and Allisa were super sweet and patient!

I’ve been coming to pokeworks since last year and every time I’m here it never disappoints. My favorite items besides the poke bowl is the Garlic Spam musubi.

The staff were great, there were two ladies working on 2/7 in the evening, I didn’t get their names but they were really helpful with the menu and just really nice and friendly all round. I’d definitely be back. I wrote this wanting them to get the validation they deserve.
