Poke Poke - Sushi Unrolled

Poor guy was only one working! But I wasn’t even mad about the wait I was patient. And so happy about the food, first time coming here and I’ll definitely be back!! Kid-friendliness: Kids loved their boba

I placed an ordered earlier for a bowl through the Poke Poke app and was not aware that the fish was only raw fish. That is not my preference whatsoever and i double checked the app to see if it stated that there was only raw fish which it did not. I was wondering if i could get a refund for the order. As stated to the store representatives, i only took about 2-3 bites before realizing and have no problem with bringing the bowl back if needed. The store representative didnt know how to go about giving me a refund and kept telling me he doesnt know. He tried calling the manager, francis, who did not pickup. He informed me that francis could be at the troy location so i called them. He wasnt there, francis also didnt pick up for them either. I called the berkley location and francis answered the phone call, insisted i was lying and that the app had to have stated it was only raw fish and told me he couldnt do anything about a refund and i would have to reach out to corporate. Thats fine but why is there only one manager and why did he inform me that he saw the roseville location call but was busy so he just didnt reply. This whole entire thing was unprofessional and now ik waiting on a response from corporate. If you are not interest in raw fish, do not eat here

Very nice customer service and food was delicious, and cute place! I recommend getting the boba drink as well! :)

Great food, but the prices are pretty steep

Very disappointing. I got a poké bowl and the Miso soup. The soup was literally hot water. Zero flavor. The marinated salmon was from the can. I originally had poké pokè at the Troy location and it was so flavorful and I was so happy to see a closer location. #fail

Love the staff and the choices for my bowls. Will be coming back
