Came in on a Sunday around 6pm and their fish looked old and sad, like it had been out all day and untouched. The veggies were turning brown and a lot of their toppings were picked over. I got a mix of the salad and rice - the rice was COLD and clumped together. The salad was wilted and brown, had to take so many pieces out. Plus they charge extra for things like seaweed salad. Honestly not worth it and not a place I'd go to again.
The Hamachi was incredible. Service was great!
The fish was definitely not fresh, or fresh enough to eat. I only got salmon and 1 scoop of tuna. The Salmon was a little slimy and had a consistency that told me that it probably was on the end of its shelf life. I’ve had many poke bowls around Austin so I know what kind of fish to expect. I spent $22 on one regular bowl for myself and ate a few bites before throwing it away. The crab salad was so dry looking and the avocados look like they’ve been there for 2 days. I know avocados bruise easily, but even with that understanding it was suspicious looking. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and did the extra cost of avocado, but I regret that. The only good thing we’re the sauces, it was the only reason I even gave it a chance with a few bites. Ultimately disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
Salmon and tuna was very fishy and slightly frozen.
I went on a Friday and spent 15 on a raw salmon build your own bowl. Everything fresh with good flavoring. Server was polite and patient as I selected my items. Main area clean. I will definitely come again if I can
I was surprised the food was so delicious and these poke bowls are insanely good.
Nice little lunch spot. The staff we’re friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty. A little pricey but if you want something fast and healthy this place fits the bill
