All protein items were fresh and delicious. Good assortment of toppings and sauces available.
Hidden Gem!! Food was clean, fresh, and tasteful! Would come back again & recommend for family members!! Love it!!
I order from here pretty often, usually on delivery apps. My most recent time, I went here in the afternoon with my mom. It was her birthday so we got a free poke bowl. We got the medium size with all salmon, kale noodles, edamame, cucumber, masago, sesame oil and shoyu. All of tasted very fresh and the serving was very large. We split it and we were both very full with only each having half of it. Very flavorful and delicious. As for the service, it wasn’t great. The worker wasn’t very nice or energetic. I understand as I’ve worked customer service jobs and they suck but we were the only customers there (in the afternoon, around 2-3pm) and she seemed like we were an inconvenience. Maybe I took that wrong but she wasn’t friendly by any means. She barely spoke to us besides for the necessary “what protein”, “anything else”, “what sauces”, “your total is x amount”. It was very empty so we got in and out within 5-10 minutes. Every time I have been here, it’s never busy so you don’t have to worry about a wait. Our meal was free but we did tip. Will be back again as the food is always fresh and tasty.
Great poke, wish the rice wasn't steaming
This experience left us feeling devalued and treated as mere numbers rather than valued customers. The entire encounter with the staff, especially Jenny, was off-putting. Their attitude and service approach were contrary to what one would expect in a customer-oriented industry. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this place to others. If customer service and equal treatment are important to you, this might not be the place to visit. It’s disheartening to see a business where minor additions are seen as a loss rather than an opportunity to ensure customer satisfaction. It's important to share feedback about such experiences, as it can help businesses improve and also informs potential customers. The managers name was Jenny and she made a smallest request, into a full blown difficult and argumentative encounter. Then finally realizing that customer support means to actually help the customer. She then agreed in a stubborn and passive aggressive “fine” mood. All I can say is that Jenny takes cucumbers very seriously and will do everything in her power to make sure they’re protected at all costs. All for extra cucumber. What a joke. Date 12/12/23
This place closes before the time they have on Google (8pm). I got there at 7:45pm..place was closed. So much for speeding.
Yummy! One of my new favorites for lunch!!
Delicious, better than most of the poke places that have popped up in my home town.
