들어가자마자 인테리어가 너무 이뻐서 놀라고 친절함에 또 놀라요! 음식도 맛있고 서비스도 너무 많이 주셔서 최고예요!!
Amazing service and the food is superb!!! We ordered samgyeopsal and gamjatang (pork bone soup). Everything was great from side dish to house tea!! Thank you so much!! Will definitely go back and recommend!
It's one of the best restaurants in Edmonton. If you like Korean food or try to eat, Please visit here!
Atmosphere: Stepping into the restaurant felt like entering a warm and inviting haven. The air was infused with the aromas of Korean cuisine and instantly made me salivate. Despite a brief wait on the waiting list, the anticipation only made me more excited to try their food. Service: The service was excellent. Upon request, our group was provided with a complementary side of kimchi, even though it is not typically included with the dishes we ordered. Taste: Jjambbong: it was one of the most flavorful bowls of noodles I have ever had in my life. It was savory, very spicy, yet had a depth of flavor that you wouldn't typically get from other restaurants. My only complaint is that the mussels were very small. Tangsuyuk: the sweet and sour sauce showcased a delightful tangiess, complementing the fried and crispy pork. The portion size was notably generous, adding to the overall satisfaction. Jjajangmyeon: rich and velvety, the black bean sauce enveloped each strand of noodles. Served with a side of crisp and sharp raw onions, it created a delightful contrast that cut through the thickness of the sauce. In summary, this restaurant is a hidden gem in the city. Without a doubt, I'll be returning again soon. Highly recommended.
Pocha Seoul is one of the top 5 Korean restaurants in Edmonton for me. The highlight has always been their Ppyeo haejangguk (Gam Ja Tang - one person serving). The pork in the soup is one of the best I’ve had from all the Gam Ja Tangs in Edmonton - nice cuts, good flavour, and perfect cookedness. The vegetables have been really fresh and cooked well. One thing to note is that the soup isn’t very spicy. Overall, I’d give them 8.8/10
Server is smart to handle though customers. Spicy rice cake is pretty good, which is very authentic korean tastes. Try it out!
We ordered the Mandu, Beef Bulgogi, and the pork jjambbong soup with rice. Our orders also included side dishes (kimchi, bean sprouts, and fermented radish). Food was good and fresh. The servers were very friendly. We live in the north side but will definite come back again. Parking: Parking lot is always busy
We ordered combo A which was the black bean noodles and spicy chicken. We added an order of takoyaki which were delicious. We're definitely going back here again for the chicken. Nom nom!
