second time I come to this location and they give me cold food they offered to give me a new plate and I have to take it to go cause then i find my self eating alone and thats not the reason of going out to eat as a group. I uderstand there is cooking times for boneless and bone in but if you see that the tables has both it makes sense to prep it so both people get hot fresh food. Arlington is a store that has more foot traffic and they still manage to get everyones food out hot! i used to enjoy the location because its emptier but this place has became the reason for me to hate this restaurant

They are really starting to slip at this location. Showed up for my To-Go order about 5 min early, waited a total of 25 min past the pickup time. Why do you have a pick up time on the order if I’m going to wait 30 min and only get a “Sorry about the wait”? My name is on the plaque 2x but I may need to find a new spot, sad. To top it off they gave me Ranch instead of Chutney for Holy Mac and Ranch instead of Blue Cheese for my wings, lovely

My partner and I came here to grab a beer and a light dinner. There weren’t a lot of people there, as it was 8pm on Easter Sunday. We went up to the host stand to get a table, my partner wanted to wait for a booth. The hostess didn’t give him a wait time, just said okay, and then walked away from the host stand. Another couple came in after us, and I guess also wanted to wait for a booth. They sat at the other bench further away from the host stand. Another hostess was standing behind the counter, and we waited patiently. The host we originally spoke to had yet to return to the host stand. The other hostess went to talk to them, and sat them at the booth I saw them cleaning off when we walked in. Which didn’t make sense to me because she had seen us sitting and waiting before this couple even walked in…… It is clear that these hosts were not communicating well. It was not busy and there were several other booths open that we could have been sat at… the second host never asked us what we were waiting for. I’ve been a host before, so i know that the issue was a lack of communication. I honestly have no idea where the host we spoke to went, we didn’t see her again until after we sat down at our table. Our waitress was fine but was bland. We were clearly done with our food, and we had to ask to be brought the check. I get that it’s was later and close to closing time but we just really didn’t get good service…

I went to the bar and was excited for a good time. Our bartender was Grecia and she made me and my friends feel awful. She has a horrible attitude and we don’t know if she has a bad day but to take it out on the customer with your attitude is never ok. Me and my friends are never coming back to this location and we will make sure to warn people that the service is hostile.

I love the franchise but this location was subpar. The food was cold when it got to our table and the waitress was less than attentive.

Amazing food, but… Today we weren’t treated the same way we usually are. We sat a 10 top and were all over the place near the end of the night. My food was amazing as always, unfortunately, there was a miscommunication when it came to pay the tab, for the first time, we paid on a portable POS which is common in the industry now, but this server kept reading our totals out loud and was moving kinda fast. There was something off about my ticket so I paid and then requested a paper copy. Upon seeing this paper copy there was an extra 5 wing combo, and I tipped on that higher total, which came out to $86 total. When I asked for an explanation and a correction to my tab I had already paid, I was told, “no sir, this is what you’re tab says”. I then requested a manager because I had just paid 86 dollars and not any other number that they said “I was charged”. The manager said, “this doesn’t usually happen, but it should be right on your bank” . I told him I understood and that things happen, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove home. Only to get home, crack open the laptop, and I see no correction, no “right amount” or anything, just the original amount I told the server and the manager that wasn’t correct. Tomorrow I will call the store asking for the GM, because this isn’t the way I wanted my evening to turn out. I like to eat here, not under these circumstances though. Vegetarian options: Salad
