Asked for a dry burger because of an egg allergy. Came with sauce after a 20 minute wait. Sent it back and it took 30 minutes to remake. My son only had fries for lunch because we had other appointments to make and didn't feel like spending 2 hours in there. Kid-friendliness: Be extra careful with food allergies because they won't be.
Perhaps the only Pluckers in Austin I've been to where there is plenty of seats open and zero wait on a Saturday afternoon.
Was extremely loud when we arrived yesterday night and they didn’t let us sit outside even with the tables available. The waitress was friendly but noticed my date looking for me (since I mentioned I was looking for him), yet didn’t say anything to him even though she was headed back his way, so I had to yell across the loud restaurant for him to locate me. Water and drinks came quick yet everyone who sat after us got food before us so I flagged her down and she knew why, apologized, said a burner was down. That’s fine but the food arrived with barely warm waffles fries. Had to ask for my side salad cause it didn’t arrive with the food, and it was soggy and gross. Had to ask for utensils and my date got up, hunted it down faster than she did. Why didn’t they just give us our sides sooner to keep us from being hungry? His food looked better than mine but my beyond meat wings were gross and I could have done better at home. I was over it so we asked for the check and it showed $19 something which is off but I tapped and it then showed up as $54 something. She said she could get the printed receipt but I was over it and wanted to leave asap. What a horrible experience for my first time there. It was disorganized and ridiculous, especially with the TV ads talking about the high level of hospitality here. Vegetarian options: Gross beyond meat “wings”that looked like the fried part fell out in the fryer.
Ordered 15 bone in wings and extra ranch. Flavors Medium and Spicy Ranch. Completely the worst wings I have ever had. I loved Pluckers before, I don't know what happened but this is absolutely terrible. They were about $8 more expensive than competitors around the area but I figured they were worth it and I had not had them in a while. The flavor was almost non-existent on the spicy ranch and the medium was not much better. Also, the wings them selves were dry and crunchy like I was eating bone. Needless to say I paid $30 dollars for 15 wings and could only stomach to eat 3 of them. The rest went right where they belong. In the trash. Never again.
Ordered to go, payed for 3 sauces on the side and a large ranch on the side. They didn’t put either or those things in my order. Had to eat the dry wings by themselves. Terrible service
Staff was super friendly and accommodating
Mis visitas han sido de muy buen agrado ,gracias a los chicos 1ue siempre nos atienden
Good spot for lunch. Our Server was attentive. Food did take a while to come out but was good. Try the sweet potato waffle fries with cinnamon. Their fried pickles are the best!
