Absolutely exquisite cuisine. Carefully prepared and intentional. The staff is consistently kind and attentive, and the management clearly cares about their customers. Their happy hour is extraordinarily affordable and a really obvious choice.
One of the best meals we've had in ages! Every bit of food we had was delicious, and our server Dough was absolutely top-notch. Big recommendation for the maple smoked duck carbonara, and the bread pudding dessert. Looking forward to returning!
We recently were in from out of town and chose Plas for dinner. The atmosphere was great but the food was nothing less than incredible. We will most definitely be back the next time we are in town!
This was a fantastic surprise. I wasn't sure what to expect, but we got the tasting menu and it was delightful. I didn't see it online when I looked, but it was listed at the bottom of the paper menu when we visited. The sommelier who paired the wines to each dish was great with information and stories about each wine we tried, and the dishes were fantastic, good variety, excellent flavor! Will definitely be back! The only incredibly minor nit i have is that the "cellar" wasn't my favorite seating personally, I think next time I'd prefer to eat upstairs.
A masterclass in hospitality. Every dish was perfectly executed, peppery scallops and creamy mushroom risotto accompanied by an organic half stainless half oak aged Sicilian wine(native grapes btw).
