I will not give them even 1 star for a very bad service. Top-notch cuisine isn't always the reason guests return. This is because the guest experience is not just the food. It's about the environment, the employees and the attention to detail that the restaurant maintains. And that includes customer satisfaction. I'm thinking you choose only the ones you wanted to serve first. Everyone who check in after us were seated right away and we were waiting for almost 25 minutes and still want us to wait more when a table gets available, where in fact there's an available table. Very bad experience to dine in for the first time. We live in the area and we're going to make sure will not recommend this place to friends and family.
I’ve been a Pizzo’s patron for a looong time, first at their first location, and now this one. The food is always amazing. Service at the Millenia location is hit and miss, I will say that, but overall, mostly good experiences. I am SO happy this location started taking reservations and I’ve been taking full advantage of it. However, when I make the reservation, I always check the patio and it doesn’t seem to matter to them . I had made a reservation for six people for my birthday a few weeks and they sat us inside. I brought it to their attention and they said, “oh - most people check the patio when inside is full, and that’s the only option so we figured you would want to sit inside.” Odd assumption to make without checking, especially since I booked the res so far in advance, all options were open to me at time of booking. They didn’t have any room outside at that point so we enjoyed the dining room. Most recently, I booked the patio again, for just me and my husband, and they again tried to sit us inside. This time, they were able to move us to an outside table. Not sure why it keeps happening, as I’ve never had that issue at any other restaurant. Hopefully they can work out those kinks.
