Pizzeria Via Mercanti

BEST pizza in Toronto hands down. The dough is perfectly crunchy outside and chewy inside. Tomato sauce is banging. Quality cheese. Loads of toppings. I love the topping combinations of the Mercanti pizza and would highly recommend it. The only downside is that the service is hit or miss here. There have been a few times where we were ignored, menu not brought out, nobody to come take our order until we literally walk up and flag someone. This only happened when it was patio season and we were sat outside - same guy who would throw the menu down on the table and appeared like he really didn't want to be working there.

Very delicious wood oven pizza, nice and quick service,

I had a meatball panini (served with salad), it was very good! The service was nice as well.

It was such a good pizza the one I tried with truffle. However the entrance had a little piece of plastic. I put it apart of my plate but just watch out with this.

Vegetarian options: Vegan options are few.

Great spot for a meal. The food was excellent and pricing is competitive. The overall experience was great. I'll be back.

No matter what you've heard about other pizza places, they don't compare to this place.

Came here a for a birthday dinner and the pizza was delicious, great atmosphere and our female waiter ( don’t know her name) was incredibly sweet and helpful.
