Pizzaiolo Primo Market Square

During my recent visit to Pizzaiola Market Square, I encountered rude service that significantly impacted my dining experience. Hospitality is crucial in any establishment, and unfortunately, it was lacking during my time there. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

We werw in town for NCAA and went there just after 5 on Saturday and didnt have reservations. We were fortunate there were a couple of seats available at the upstairs bar. The service from the bartender was great. We split a large salad and Margherita pizza. Loved the pizza and the salad was outstanding. Staff was friendly and there was a nice vibe to the place

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the dining experience my party and I had at your establishment on Friday, March 15. We had made a reservation for 7:00 PM to celebrate a friend's birthday, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations. Upon arrival, our party of 11 was eager to enjoy an evening of celebration. However, our excitement quickly turned to dismay as several members of our group received cold meals, and others found their pasta dishes severely undercooked. The texture of the noodles was so unsatisfactory that it resembled biting into uncooked pasta straight from the box. This was not the standard of quality we anticipated from your restaurant. Furthermore, the service at the bar was egregiously slow, resulting in prolonged waits for our drinks. While our server, Christian, demonstrated professionalism and attempted to accommodate our needs, his efforts were hindered by the delayed service from the bartender and the subpar quality of the food. Given the prices charged at your establishment, we expected a higher level of service and culinary excellence. It is disheartening to have had such a disappointing experience, especially when we were there to celebrate a special occasion. As loyal patrons, we hope that you will take our feedback seriously and take steps to rectify these issues. We believe that with improvements in food quality and service efficiency, your establishment can continue to thrive and provide exceptional experiences for all patrons.

If you want over priced pizza that is small then that’s the place for you. The pizza was missing the entire middle. Chef must have been hungry!

Cole the waiter was great. Excellent customer service. The food and pizza were excellent. Good location.

We stopped here for a quick dinner while we were in Pittsburgh. They were busy since it was the weekend so we got seated at the bar. We tried their Arancini and the Salsiccia Pizza. Both were really great. The pizza especially was one of the best we had. Our bartender was on top of his game. He was managing so much alone on a busy day and was great at it.

The food was great, and the server Nicole was amazing.

Always a consistent great experience! The food is awesome and the people are wonderful.
