Great pizza

Pizza was good despite being cold when it arrived. When I called, My delivery was almost 20 minutes past the expected delivery according to their website, it was an additional 20 minutes before it arrived. When I spoke to the store they said it left 10 minutes prior to my call it was an additional 18 minutes before it arrived apparently their drivers don't have any way to keep the pizza warm so it was cold, not warm, cold when it arrived. It arrived an hour and a 15 minutes after I it was made according to the information on the box. ( that's also according to the store employee I spoke to on the first call.) I called back when it arrived cold, The manager didn't seem to think 30 minutes in route from The store to me was unreasonable despite the fact that I'm less than a mile and a half away. And again that was an hour and 15 minutes after it was made. In fact his comments suggested that I was being unreasonable because I was placing a delivery order and expected it to be hot when it arrived. He added that they had a heavy delivery burden this evening and I should be understanding of the driver's availability and how it might affect my orders condition when it arrived. Additionally he added that I should have called them to check on the delivery status. which I did but I don't think that's my obligation) Lol funny thing is they actually called me to confirm something on my order because there's a problem with their website. They didn't inform me about delivery issues at that time. And again I understand when they're busy the time from order to delivery is going to be an issue. However, This is simply a matter of when it left there and how long it took to get here after that. My food arrived cold because their driver doesn't have the appropriate equipment to keep it hot and they don't have enough drivers to get all of the orders to the customer's timely. And yes the tip was over 20% so it's not like I got put to the back of the bus because I didn't tip.

I always enjoy the great service.
