My goto spot when leaving Brooklyn and need to take some pies with me!
One of the best NYC slices in my opinion (possibly the best!). The crust is perfectly crispy, but not too crispy, the dough has a nice chew, the sauce isn’t too sweet or salty. Perfect amount of cheese. If you order a pie, ask for well done. The slices are rewarmed so it generally isn’t necessary. Their white slices are excellent too. Nothing fancy here, you’re definitely not stopping by for the toppings as there aren’t too many good options. Just the Perfect slice of pizza. We moved several years ago but still try to stop by whenever we’re in the area. Sometimes we’ll get a couple of pies to take home and freeze because nothing compares where we live now.

A Brooklyn classic that can never die. It’s been a while since I have had the privilege of enjoying the snap of their thin crust, NY classic pie, but like anything good in NYC, the mere fact that they have lived on for so long is a testament to the truly home grown product they provide to Brooklyn. Their Sicilian pie is a wonderfully soft, cake-like dough with a crisp crust and a perfect combination of their house-blended cheese and a wonderfully balanced light coating of house-seasoned sauce. Nothing beats a bite at the outside counter. This place should be a NYC historical landmark and I’m happy to see that they are still going strong and serving Bay Ridge with pride.
