Pizza Station - Wood Fired Kitchen

Wow , this is a must. Instopped there driving from Vail to Aspen. May be the best pizza I've had since I left Italy 12 years ago. If you drive trough Gypsum you should plan a stop for a pizza . This is an edit, I came back for ski vacation and was driving to from Glenwood to Vail and decided to stop to my fav pizza place , they changed location, but it is even better now. I had this time.the gyro was off the chart. Highly recommended

Don't give up! A little hard to find from the front, but worth persevering. Charming pizza chef, delicious gyros, nice dining area...a find!

Really great pizza, nice to have some good food in gypsum! Not to mention, if you like beer, great stop for a beer and pizza. Pizza is a food truck, you can eat inside the brewery enjoying a beer. Highly recommend!

They make quite excellent pizza! It’s a specially equipped trailer just outside of Eagle River Brewing Company with a real wood-fired oven in the back (see the photos). We had a large group so we ordered 6 different pizzas. My favorites were the works, pizza with white sauce and sausage and mushrooms, and the Hawaiian. I loved the generous amount of toppings. Enjoy your pizza inside of Eagle River Brewing.
