Ordered a full order a hour in advance and showed up to pick it up only to find out they didn’t have any of it. Worst pizza experience I’ve had. Very embarrassing for the management. They didn’t even bother to email or call saying they was out of hand tossed.
The delivery orders are typically wrong or late.
Poor kids were there with no Manager and nothing prepped. They did a great job with what they had. Shame on corporate for leaving them like that.
My order was supposed to be ready at 530. I pick my order up at 530 and after I paid i was told that I have to wait an additional 7 minutes because they forgot to put my bread sticks in. Besides the extra wait the food was hot and fresh. *12/30/23 update. Breadsticks didn't have garlic on them. The wings barely had sauce on them. A few on the wings were just breading slightly sauced that counted as a wing.
I called the call center and was on the phone trying to place an order for 10 minutes. They could not understand me. Why in the world do you have your call center taking calls from a different country and language barrier. My anxiety level just went to 10. I hung up!
