Pizza Hut

They led us to believe our order was on the way, but two hours after the order was placed they claimed it was canceled. They finally delivered it almost three hours later, but the pizza dough was slightly undercooked and my autistic son's pizza had the wrong toppings on it.

Had order ahead online so I could pick up on the way back home from work. I had my pick-up time set for 7:30 PM that night. Did not arrive until 15 minutes after my initial pick-up time which should have gave them ample time to complete order. Went inside to pick-up to only find out that they did not fully complete the order. The cook conveniently forgot to make our second pizza. I maybe complaining about having to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, but it was a wait that I shouldn't have to have waited for. What was the point in me ordering ahead and only to arrive with the order not completed? I appreciate the young lady in the front for trying staying calm and trying to make it right.

Hit or miss. They will mess up orders from time to time. But the highlight is Bryan. When they have messed up an order, Bryan will work with you to resolve your issue.

Food was not good at all I order the same pizza twice received a credit from the manager and still the same I don’t know if it’s A new way of making pizza or it’s just the way they make their pizza
