Pizza Hut

DO NOT use a credit card or debit card...or any sort of card at this location. I placed an order through the website for $42.00...the next morning, after checking my statement....this Pizza Hut charged me $50.00 and change. I Small amount, but don't be a victim of this scam. Spoke with someone named Cinnamon and she said that "this happens often and customers must wait 5-10 days to see if it is returned." This person also said that I must speak with "Tenisha" the General manager to resolve...and that she wouldn't be back in until tomorrow (March 26, 2024). BEWARE OF THIS Location!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the app. The app confirmed my order then sent me a text stating that DoorDash would deliver my order. After an hour of waiting, my order was delivered and sitting in front of my house with ants it. I called Pizza Hut and they said they would credit me back. Five days later I called to order a pizza they said I had to go through DoorDash for my credit. Even though I ordered it through them. I will never order them

This is a very very very busy but extremely efficient and friendly staff. Tara should be a manager she is kind and on her game!

Have ordered here several times in the past year or two. Pizza always tastes great & made with love. Appreciate the employees running this place!

I placed an online order for curbside pickup a couple of nights ago, around 8:15 PM. I received conflicting information about the pickup time. One place said 8:35 and the other was 9:35. No tracker or anything like that available. We went to pick up the pizza and checked in online as instructed, and waited, and waited... Finally, 20 mins and 2 phone calls later, we were presented with our pizza. The crust was doughy and soggy, and the barbque meat was dry. I remember now why it had been so long since we had last been there. I can say it'll be a long time before we go again.

The service was above excellent the associates that waiting on me was so very friendly and polite my food was beyond delicious I recommend them to anyone in the Temple Terrace area or from anywhere in tampa because I guarantee you won't be disappointed
