Pizza Hut

We ordered the hot honey pizza. It was so good. The flavor is very yummy. It was delivered quickly and pizza was correct. Will order again.

This Pizza Hut used to be terrible but since getting new management about 3 months ago it’s done a complete 180. I accidentally dropped my wings while leaving the store and Michelle the new GM, replaced them without hesitation! The staff are friendly and food is fresh

Truthfully I wouldn't even leave a star if it were possible. We placed a order and the lady on the phone hung up on us before we could even ask what time pur pizza is scheduled to be made. It's sad lack of customer service.

Have been using this Pizza hut for the past year. It USED to be good. Now it's awful. The food is either overly greasy or burned. If they mess up anything they do not compensate you for it. They act like it's your fault for even saying anything. Also, don't plan on ordering anything but pizza within 30 mind before they close because they won't make it for you. They start shutting down the restaurant before closing hours. Terrible pizza hut. Update- apparently it has been 4 years and this pizza hut has gotten worse. I enjoyed the new promotion of the big new Yorker and the hot honey wings, so I started getting it more often again. Now they just deliver whenever they please I guess. I have tried ordering a few times in the past couple of weeks and they keep changing the time they will do delivery. Half the time my order is cancelled. My vehicle broke down so I have no other way of getting dinner and you just never know when they'll cancel on you. When you call the lady is rude and has a sarcastic apology to give you. Again they act like it's your fault they can't run can't run their own business. Another thing I learned was the same people own the subway here which I never have problems with. Please find a decent crew. This place is so inconsistent. The only reason I can think you're still open is from sheer lack options in this little town.

Delivery of my order 2 hours later only after I had to call about it.

Poor service. I ordered delivery even paid delivery fee and a $5.00 tip. I called after an hour and was told my order was to be picked up. I told them that I paid delivery fee and tip. So they sent the order out. The delivery person told me I had to pay for the order. I lost it. I told her I had paid the order in full and left a tip. She just threw my order over in the passenger seat and took off with my pizza. I came in and called Pizza Hut they made her return and give me my order. By that time the 3 kids I was taking care were starving and the Pizza was stale and could be broken like crackers. Never again

I was delivering Doordash and Teague Pizza Hut is amazing..no wait time and staff was great
