Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut has a partnership with door dash & took a pic where they left her pizza on the ROAD outside of our neighborhood, thrown at the gate On top of that, the driver blocked her number & then pretty sure he STOLE the pizza cause when we got there the minute he sent the update it wasn’t there Horrible service from pizza hut, when we asked for help & a re-delivery, the woman just gave us attitude & hung up. Smh. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I don't think this location will ever get my order correct. The only reason you get my business is because you are 5 min away. But that's about to end. Again screwed up my order and this time didn't even cut the pizza. Must be exhausting working at this location

Marco is literally the worst. No customer service, no sense of urgency he’s just a body in the facility. What a literal waste of time and money.

The absolute WORST. Where to begin? First, they don't answer the phone, so if you have problems of any sort... too bad for you. Placed an order and without my knowledge, they handed it off to doordash.. which I do not like to use. Besides, why am I paying Pizza Hut a $5 delivery fee if they aren't delivering the pizza? So after my pizza (notice I said pizza, not pizzas, more on that) was delivered about 25 minutes LATER than expected, the doordash delivery person shows up with two pizza boxes, one of which is completely EMPTY. Of course, the one pizza that he did deliver was COLD because when Pizza Hut uses DD they don't use a warming pizza carrier! Then, when looking inside one of the boxes, it's a clean box like a pizza had never been set inside of it. So even though I ordered two pizzas, only one was delivered! I then spent over 35 minutes trying to get a hold of the restaurant because they don't answer their phones (goes to a call center, and if they try to forward the call it doesn't go through). Finally after 35 minutes of frustration and dinner time passing for my family, the manager answered. He confirmed that my Pizza was there and somehow they had missed boxing it up. Of course, if they weren't using DoorDash, this would most likely not have happened. I asked him why I was paying Pizza Hut a $5 Delivery fee, plus a $6 Tip ($11 for 2 pizzas) when they are just handing off the delivery to DoorDash and only paying them the tip (and of course, to deliver me a cold pizza)? All in all, I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. The total lack of responsibility, combined with not answering phones and ability to deal with customers when a problem happens, all while charging customers top dollar for a service they obviously don't want to provide. AVOID this place!

This location is awful. People are kind but every time I try to do delivery from here, they can’t deliver to my place despite it being closest to my place and then last time, they cancelled my order without telling me and only once I called, they told me. REALLY??

I wanted to thank Chris for going above and beyond for me. I believe he was the only one working and unfortunately his delivery driver called out. He called me to apologize for the delay and said he was doing all he could to find a delivery driver. I told him I would normally come pick it up but unfortunately this day I had a cold and needed to stay inside. I told him I understood as I'm in the business and would understand if the order needed to be canceled. He didn't allow that to happen. He found a driver for my order and made my cruddy feeling day a whole lot better. Typically people only write bad reviews and typically those people may have never worked in a restaurant or a customer service position. Some bad things can happen but a lot of times great experiences, food and service also happen but we don't take the time to share those reviews. Chris you went above and beyond for me and I sincerely THANK YOU for a phenomenal experience. We will definitely be a loyal customer of your location because of YOU!
