Pizza Hut

Well I called the store and he explained the charges. I ordered a large sausage pan pizza. With extra sausage. In my opinion the amount of sausage was the amount of a single amount of sausage, but on the receipt said 1.90 twice = 3.80 for extra sausage . So they charged me for a cheese pizza and changed me for the sausage and the extra sausage. I ordered a sausage pizza. I shouldn’t have to pay for the sausage that should have already been included in the main price. Like a supreme You don’t charge for all the veggies on there. I ordered sausage pizza. Then there was a convenience fee of 4.?? And they said it was a delivery charge to help the drivers with gas. I gave him 5.00 tip and he makes 16.00 + an hour so he just made 21.00 + for one pizza. I wont be doing that again I’ll go and deliver it my self and save 21.00 + there was not enough sausage at all on it!!!!

Just as promised

For the second time in a row, they didn’t deliver the four 20oz sodas that I ordered. The last time the driver went and got them and brought them back pretty quickly so that was fine. This time he said he had another delivery first. But when I took my pizza inside I found that they also didn’t bring any of the four sauces I ordered. So I called the store to make sure he would bring those back too, but also to complain because why is this happening when everything I order is listed on the receipt? I asked if I could get a partial refund because now if I want to wait to eat the pizza until I get my sauces/drinks, it’s going to be cold. But nope, the only way I could get a refund is if they didn’t bring the sauces and drinks. So now I either eat my pizza warm without the other stuff that I ordered or eat it cold because, hmm, idk maybe I want to eat everything I ordered together?? The girl I talked to also tried to claim she was corporate when I asked if she knew how I could get in contact with them for a refund. Doubtful. No way am I ordering delivery from them anymore. Too incompetent to read a receipt to make sure people get what they paid for. Updating to four stars because after taking the survey they emailed me asking how my experience was, I did receive an email from someone named Cat and she apologized for them forgetting my stuff and how I was treated, and is going to give me a full refund. She also said they're about to start a new process for making sure tickets are read and that everything is included in deliveries, so that's awesome! I really appreciate that she reached out to me, it shows that at least someone there does actually care!

We ordered two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks. Received two pizzas and one breadstick. Confronted person that handed out order that there was supposed to be two orders of breadsticks not one. The lady proceeded to tell me that there were two orders of breadsticks in one bag. Checked bag and found one order! Called over someone else at window to advise we need another order. Received another bag of breadsticks to find breadsticks with COLD butter tossed on top. Very disappointed!!

AMAZING! FRESH! Perfecting timing for MNF! Pepperoni pizza was perfectly baked and cut. Will order every Monday!

For some reason the door was locked when I arrived to get my order. I had to wait a while behind someone at the drive through window when my order was already done. They gave me cheese sticks instead of bread sticks. The rest was correct and it all tasted great in the end. I'll definitely still order from here, will just check that it's the right food.
