Ordered from here at 5:30 pm. App alerted me that the pizza was on its way and would arrive at 6:02. At 6:30 I called the restaurant only to be told that it was leaving the restaurant and would be another 20 minutes. It is a 7 minute drive to my house from the restaurant . All that being said the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and apologetic. I still don’t have my pizza.
Phone answered promptly and suggested a better deal.. Yes and TY
No customer service skills at all and employees do not wear gloves when preparing food.
Beware of these Pizza Hut locations. I can’t believe a company who has good pizza barely puts sauce on their pizza! Come to find out when I called back after being unsatisfied that they use portion cups!! Tf???? Best thing anyone can do is pay at the store! Do NOT tip them through the app. Check your food before you sign that receipt! This is exactly why I barely tip them because they don’t care about people’s food!! I didn’t check my food before I signed and had I realized it…I wouldn’t have tipped anything vs the $3 they got. Terrible!!! I blame the company for not paying them enough in the first place!!!
No customer service what so ever, more focused on his phone than giving a damn. Don't come here.
