Pizza Hut

Order 2 pizzas. I believe they were in the warming oven for an hour before we pick them up very dry. Very tasteless never had an experience like this before at Pizza Hut, very disappointed.

Ordered online went to pick up my food and waited 30 minutes in line, the car in front of me was knocking at the window no one will answer. Finally got my food when I got home the pasta was dry no sauce at all, I had to throw it away.

They stole my money! Not to mention my reward points…

This place is a mess to long of a post about this place. Put it bluntly they suck for service and food and the one on Big Bend road which i wanted to order from first was out of dough. Went 20 mins out of the way for this one instead and sucky service and food.

Horrible place they ignored me at the window and I just wanted a refund after waiting a hour for my pizza this place is the worst

We first ordered here last week. When I went to pick up my pizza, I got the feeling they hadn’t made it. They told me it was almost done, then brought it out about 10 minutes later. When I got home, we realized it was still very doughy, the cheese wasn’t even melted, pepperoni wasn’t crispy at all, it was obviously rushed. I called and they gave me a credit for the pizza. Tonight I called in an order to use my credit. I just ordered a large pepperoni pan crust. When I went to get it, there were about 15 people in the lobby with one very slow lady working up front. They gave me a pizza, but it was just a cheese. I told her and she said it would be 15 minutes to remake it. During this time I witnessed many other customers not getting correct orders and waiting 30+ minutes in the lobby. When I finally got my pizza, I went home and realized it wasn’t even pan crust. It was cooked this time, but still didn’t taste great. I don’t know how it’s so hard to look at an order and make it correctly. But this was the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to!

Surprised they are not busier

Everytime I go to this pizza hut... I sit at the drive thru window and have to call for service!!!! When I initially called to place the order there was lots of noise and laughter in the background....very unprofessional.
